Theatre has been an integral part of human life since it was first developed. Before the written word, there was a multiplicity of visual, verbal, physical, imaginative, sensual, and emotional activities. As a medium of expression of human wishes, hopes, fears, aspirations, and emotions, there has always existed before written words. It was a multifunctional and multimedia activity. From early times to present, there has been the most popular form of entertainment. People go to see theatre not only for entertainment purposes but also to learn and entertain themselves.

From ancient times till today, there has been used to convey messages. From the stories about the gods in the temples to the tales about heroes in the streets, drama has been the medium through which people have experienced the story, felt the emotion and gained the knowledge about the world in the form of theatre.
